Cosmetic and Aesthetic Dentistry
A veneer or carefully placed filling can close spaces between the teeth or straighten-out crooked teeth. This procedure avoids costly orthodontics, but features the same results. Veneers, which are usually made of porcelain, cover the entire front of the tooth. They are bonded to the existing tooth structure thereby avoiding the need to cut away parts of the back of the tooth that may still be in tact. Our newest bonding techniques ensure that the porcelain veneer remains permanently attached. Through this process, a dark tooth can be lightened or exactly matched to an adjacent tooth. Your teeth will look straight and naturally colored.
